Jason is a registered social worker and registered yoga teacher who has been supporting individuals with mental health and addiction recovery for over five years. He uses creative strategies, somatic breath work, and yoga movement to enhance traditional psychotherapy conversations. His lived experiences with his own restorative health journey will ensure that he brings empathy and trust to the therapeutic relationship.

Ainslee draws on 7 years of experience as an art therapist, community wellness program provider, and spiritual healer and teacher.

BREATHWORK & BODYWORK PRACTITIONER | FUNCTIONAL BREATHING INSTRUCTOR

Valery is a certified Breathwork Facilitator and Functional Breathing Instructor with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing. Her work combines conscious breathwork, intuitive bodywork, and energy healing to help clients reconnect with themselves, release stored tension, and restore balance to body and mind.

REIKI MASTER

Tracey brings 6 years of experience as a Certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner. It is her passion to help others through physical or emotional distress.

CLINIC MANAGER | HARMONIC EGG FACILITATOR

Jackie has an educational background in Nursing as well as in Child and Youth Worker. She has 15 years experience working and assisting people with intellectual disabilities achieve their goals within their community.

Carly brings 8 years of client relations, design and sales experience, with a background in interior design. Her dedication to holistic health and wellness began in her early teenage years and continues to develop.
