New Earth Wellness is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. We understand the importance of information about you and your health. This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information you might provide when you visit and use our website or place an online order. The services provided by New Earth Wellness are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Please call your insurance provider to receive confirmation of psychotherapy or social work services. We ask that you please contact the office to set up your appointment.

Cancellation policy for New Earth Wellness practitioners for traditional psychotherapy and social work sessions is 48 hours notice. If you cancel within less than the 48 hour time period we will have to charge for the full amount of the missed session. To reduce cancellations and no-show appointments we ask that your outstanding session be paid before booking your next appointment.

• A copy of your medical record upon request and written authorization
• File a complaint with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario, where applicable, with any concerns related to the privacy, confidentiality or security of your medical record
• A copy of any fees and charges related to your visit

Cancellation & Refund Policy Of Harmonic Egg Sessions
We offer cancellations on purchases made for the services offered on our website up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for Harmonic Egg Sessions. If you should need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or should you miss your appointment, it will be considered a “no show/late cancellation” and may result in a late fee or full payment of the missed appointment.

1st “no show/late cancellation” - Verbal warning and consent of policy reviewed at our next appointment;
2nd “no show/late cancellation” - will result in 50% of the service missed to be paid in full;
3rd “no show/late cancellation” - full payment of service price and termination of client privileges to book services beyond 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding and respect in this matter.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you may be subject to a cancellation fee for the full amount of the session.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your purchase. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.

No refunds will be given on any services or products sold, rendered or provided, including Harmonic Egg sessions. Refunds on packages and memberships will be evaluated on a case by case basis and no refunds will be issued on packages or memberships after the first session of the package or membership is used.
Subscriptions & Memberships
This website features products or services that are offered via a subscription/membership model. A subscription/membership model requires regular payments to receive a product or service. The initial term of the subscription is 12 months. If membership is purchased, members must use their visit within each month and cannot carry a missed monthly visit over to another month.

A member in good standing is a member whose monthly membership payment is processed without interruption each month for a period of 12 months. Only members in good standing are eligible for any ongoing membership perks.
Communicable Diseases Policy
New Earth Wellness is mindful about providing you with a clean and sanitized space during your visit. You can rest assured knowing that all surfaces are disinfected using Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO) technology courtesy of the Tersano Iclean Mini ™. SAO inactivates viruses like COVID-19 while also being 100% chemical free. Bonus right?!
Now that the surfaces are taken care of, what about the air quality you might ask? New Earth Wellness is equipped with air purification units in each egg room. Now you can breathe a little easier and relax even deeper when you visit the Harmonic Egg!
The Harmonic Egg features 360 degrees of no-touch therapy to allow your body to reset and rebalance itself! You simply relax solo in our fully sanitized zero gravity chair and when you’re ready to “hatch” we are there at a distance to gently welcome you back to reality.
