Rights and Responsibilities

Cancellation & Refund Policy Of Harmonic Egg Sessions

We offer cancellations on purchases made for the services offered on our website up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for Harmonic Egg Sessions. If you should need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or should you miss your appointment, it will be considered a “no show/late cancellation” and may result in a late fee or full payment of the missed appointment. **Please note: The cancellation policy is different for social work/psychotherapy sessions. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required. See “Health insurance / Social Work Cancellation Policy” above.

 

Subscriptions & Memberships

This website features products or services that are offered via a subscription/membership model. A subscription/membership model requires regular payments to receive a product or service. The initial term of the subscription is 12 months. If membership is purchased, members must use their visit within each month and cannot carry a missed monthly visit over to another month.

Communicable Diseases Policy

At New Earth Wellness, the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community is our priority. To help prevent the spread of communicable illnesses such as colds, flu, and COVID-19, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

Please stay home and contact us to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing:

  • Fever, cough, sore throat, or other symptoms of illness

  • Known exposure to a contagious illness and are within the recommended isolation period

  • A recent positive test for a communicable disease

Our staff follow the same guidelines and will reschedule sessions if they are unwell.

We maintain a clean and hygienic environment by:

  • Regularly disinfecting high-touch surfaces

  • Providing hand sanitizer for client and staff use

  • Following current public health recommendations for our sector
