Ainslee Winter

PSYCHOTHERAPIST | ART THERAPIST

Ainslee walks alongside clients as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Using an integrative art therapy approach, she combines creative expression, body-based awareness, and therapeutic exploration to help clients reconnect with themselves and make sense of experiences that may be held beyond words.

Through the creative process, clients are invited to access deeper insight, explore old patterns with curiosity and compassion, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them. Ainslee believes that healing emerges through connection and that each client holds the wisdom needed for their own journey.

By offering practical tools, creative practices, and meaningful visual experiences, she supports clients in bringing therapeutic insights into daily life, fostering greater resilience, self-trust, and well-being.
