Pooja is a Registered Social Worker who offers compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed support to individuals navigating complex life challenges. Over the past 10 years, she has supported people from diverse backgrounds within community-based settings, holding space for the complexities of each person’s unique story. She honours the ways people have adapted to survive difficult circumstances, recognizing that these responses often developed for important reasons and deserve to be explored with compassion and curiosity.
Pooja’s experiences continue to inform her belief that healing is rooted in trust and meaningful connection. She recognizes that our lives are shaped by our relationships, cultures, communities, and the systems we move through. With this understanding, Pooja works collaboratively with clients to honour their experiences and support change that develops at a pace that feels safe, grounded and sustainable.
